科研方向：	纵向研究包括有机不对称合成、共轭聚电解质的合成及性质、染料的合成和应用。横向研究包括含硫精细化学品的合成及其工业化、含氮精细化学品的合成及其工业化。目前和三门峡奥科化工有限公司、济南泰飞科技有限公司保持稳定的合作关系，多种产品和多项技术已经在以上两家公司工业化。与企业合作开发精细化工新产品和新工艺是本研究室的主要研究内容。
科研成果及奖励（包括项目、专利、鉴定等）（2005年以来）：	主持完成山东省自然科学基金资助课题一项，主持和参加国家和山东省自然科学基金资助课题多项，发表研究论文 60 余篇。多项技术已被国内普遍采用并取得可观经济效益。
教学成果与奖励（2005年以来）：	讲授的研究生课程有“高等有机化工工艺学”。本科生课程有“有机合成单元反应”、“化学品工艺学”、“专业外语”、“文献检索”和“化工贸易”等。
